4.Forming system:the tape preheating  under the function of vacuum and hot air , Continuous rotary mould and rapidly molding .Guid by guidance mechanism reslease from mould become expect pocket .

5.Cutting system: equip with Guidance mechanism and precision cutting wheel, cut off redundance tapes ,the carrier tape will be with right width size.offcut tapes will automatic runing out.

6.Punching Sturction :high presicion machinery working sturction , Can continuous high-speed rushed out accord with EIA standard chain hole,make sure hole chain smooth .

7. Rolling buffer :automatic tension buffer PLC control, the speed could adjustable , make sure that the products not damaged 

8.Rolling system:carrier tape complete manufacturing ,According to the hierarchical order neat around the tray, speed adjustable.
